Customers and merchants may create accounts on our platform to book services, manage listings, and process transactions.
2. Data We Store
We may store:
- Name, email, phone number
- Booking and transaction details
- Account login information
3. Request for Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and personal data by:

4. Processing of Requests
Upon receiving a valid request:
- Account will be permanently deleted
- Personal data will be removed from active systems
- This process may take 3–7 working days
5. Exceptions
We may retain certain data if required:
- For legal compliance (tax, invoices)
- For fraud prevention or dispute resolution
6. Impact of Deletion
After deletion:
- User will lose access to account
- Booking history may not be recoverable
- Ongoing services may be canceled
7. Merchant Data
Merchants requesting deletion must clear all pending:
- Bookings
- Payments
- Withdrawals
Only after settlement, account deletion will be processed.
